The Ministry of Industry (MoI) invites industry players to participate in the 2023 Hannover Messe, which will be physically held on April 17-21, 2023, in Hannover, Germany. This is the first time Indonesia is subsequently selected as an Official Partner Country of Hannover Messe. Indonesia was an Official Partner Country in 2019, during which the event was fully held in a digital format due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
At Hannover Messe 2023, the Indonesian Pavilion will highlight several topics under the concept of Making Indonesia 4.0, namely investment/industrial parks, sustainability and energy transition, startups/innovation, digital ecosystems, policies, and human capital. As the Official Partner Country, Indonesia will carry out a series of activities during the Hannover Messe, such as Indonesia country night, business summit, seminar, conference, talkshows, and product showcasing.
This international exhibition on industrial technology is slated to be launched by the German Chancellor together with President Joko Widodo in front of thousands of business and government representatives. The event will feature seminars and conferences with speakers from academics, experts in research development centers, entrepreneurs, and bureaucrats.
Indonesian representative for Deutsche Messe AG Paula Yahya revealed that as many as 42% of Hannover Messe participants are decision-makers, and a third of the visitors to this exhibition have agreed to carry out real investment projects as they are looking for innovation, suppliers, or are initiating new business contacts.
Prospective co-exhibitors should be companies that have implemented all or some parts of the industrial 4.0 transformation in their manufacturing processes and services. Participating companies are those who engage in the fields of automation, motion and drivers; digital ecosystem; energy solutions; engineered parts and solutions; future hub; global business and markets; as well as compressed air and vacuum.
The Ministry of Industry has encouraged companies to register before October 6, 2022, through the following link: http://indonesiahannovermesse.id.
